The Recruitment Process.
The recruitment process starts when an experienced Office Zebra consultant takes a detailed brief, describing the role you want to fill and individual you’re looking for. We’ll take into account the nature of your organisation; its heritage, its culture, its ambitions and its values. Then we’ll use our experience and our contacts to find the right candidates for you.
Our reputation, our online and print presence brings candidates to us – If however you are looking to fill a Senior appointment we will search passive candidates ensuring you are presented with the top 20 percent of individuals in your sector doing the job right now! We assess and interview all candidates and undertake an in depth ability and behavioural assessment to ensure we introduce you to the right candidates with the skills, experience, personality and ambition to flourish within your organisation.
You’ll then receive a shortlist of candidates that we’ll talk through with you. We’ll organise interviews when and where you want them, and we’ll follow-up to find out candidates’ reactions. We will handle the offer and negotiation process, referencing, and all other tasks right through to the first day of employment.
