You can watch existing interviews or create a series of interview questions to be emailed to job seekers directly with a deadline for responses, which are then delivered directly into their Office Zebra account, to be reviewed on-demand. When this initial process is standardised and structured, it is easier to compare candidates and will give you an immediate and accurate insight into character, communication skills and competencies.
