The Billing Systems Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration,
support, maintenance and improvement of the billing system

Areas of responsibility

Internal Support: Subject Matter Expert (SME)/3rd Line Support

Configuration Changes:Both directly within Chargebee UI and in collaboration with Chargebee where required

User Access & Support

Documentation & Knowledge

Data Management & Reporting

Qualifications

• 3 Years + Chargebee or relevant Billing System Experience
• Attention to detail
• Process driven
• Ability to share knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
