The role is to provide administrative support in relation to all client service activities. To support the Head of Client Services in the management of the day-to-day activities of scheme implementation, oversight of membership and assistance with related compliance requirements.
Key activities/main duties:
The Client Services Team Leader will work be responsible for but not limited to the following:
• To ensure the smooth running scheme implementations and renewal.
• Prepare onboarding documentation such as FAQs, Table of Benefits, welcome e-mails etc
• To work with the Clinical Support Team to ensure policy wording is relevant and up to date.
• To own and manage all online booklets.
• To work with I.T on all I.T development required as part of on-boarding.
• Assisting the Head of Client Services with any relevant compliance requirements. Including sanction and credit checks
• Any other ad hoc duties that may arise.
• Ensure confidentiality of affairs.
• Support business activities and objectives.
• Undertake any other duties, as reasonably required by the Head of Client Services.
• Promote equality and diversity.
• Arrange mail merges and posted communication where required.
• Ensure member communication for onboards and renewals is prompt and accurate.
• Keep Salesforce up to date for brokers and clients – includes new contacts and removal of contacts.

We are looking for an individual with the following areas of expertise:
• Knowledge of PMI/Trust is essential with previous PMI operations, claims or underwriting experience.
• A strong understanding insurance claims and underwriting.
• A strong understanding of CMS
• Ability to work on their own
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong technical, computer skills, fully competent with Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Decision making skills and ability to use own initiative and work independently.
• A diplomatic open style and approach, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• The ability to demonstrate customer led thinking.
• Proactive approach to work and analytical problem solving skills.
• The ability to plan and organise own workload, and work well under pressure.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
