A leading artisan bakery is seeking Bakery Assistants to join their growing team.
With a variety of roles, day or night shifts available, there is something for everyone.
Examples of roles available.
Packer/slicer (nights) 48 hrs/week
Responsibilities include:-
- Reporting to the Bakery Manager, assisting with all slicing and packing duties.
- Ensure that correct processes are followed at all times
- Communicate any Health & Safety concerns to the Bakery Manager
No previous experience required.
Bakery cleaner(days) 40-45 hrs/week
Responsibilities include:-
- Reporting to the Bakery Manager, assisting with all cleaning duties
- Ensure that the correct processes are followed at all times
- Ensure all bakery areas are clean, tidy and hygienic at all times following your cleaning schedule
- Ensure all machinery is kept clean and in good working order, reporting any urgent maintenance issues to the Bakery Manager
- Ensure trays, trolleys and boxes are maintained and generally looked after
Previous experience cleaning in a factory environment preferred but not essential.
General bakery assistant (variable hours)
All of the above duties on an as-needed basis (covering holidays and busy periods).
Full clean driving licence required, previous experience preferred.
