Description:
To ensure the administration within the Procurement, Rental & Remarketing department is completed accurately in accordance with quality procedures within agreed timescales.
To additionally provide support when required for all areas of the business that inter-act with the department.
Procurement
To process procurement invoicing for new vehicles efficiently & accurately, recording relevant management data as required;
To assist the Team with placing new vehicle orders, vehicle availability enquiries, demo
requests, option pricing and vehicle progressing.
To assist the Team with liaising with the Account Management function and suppliers
to ensure new vehicles are delivered to all parties satisfaction.
Daily Rental
To process daily rental invoicing efficiently and accurately, ensuring information is correct and profit margins maintained.
To assist the Team with the timely progressing of rental bookings and associated
administrative requirements.
Taxation To undertake tasks and administration relating to the taxing of vehicles, dispatching RFL’s to correct destination and the accurate checking, logging and filling of V5 documents.
Remarketing
To liaise with the Account Management Team regarding ‘end of contract’ vehicles.
To liaise with suppliers, collection agents and auction houses regarding ‘end of
contract’ collections and repairs, as well as vehicle disposals.
To accurately and efficiently update the Fleetware system and all relevant files with
vehicle disposal data.
To assist with remarketing administration tasks as and when required.To process department post on a daily basis & allocate as appropriate.
