Our client are a Global business working within the Services sector. As part of their ongoing recruitment strategy they are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join the HR team. You will be working on a variety of roles both here in the UK and occasionally overseas. POSITION OVERVIEW
Working closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and the HR team, the Recruitment Business Partner will oversee all recruitment activities and requirements, understanding resourcing needs and advising on routes and methods to find source the qualified and suitable candidates.
The Recruitment Business Partner will play a key role in bringing on-board the employees of the future and supporting with their career journey and development.
KEY ACTIVITES/MAIN DUTIES
- Work with internal stakeholders along with the Operations and Finance Directors to understand and identify current and future requirements in-line with business development, staff turnover and the business plans.
- Oversee the candidate cycle from start to finish.
- Efficiently appoint candidates in-line with business needs.
- Identify candidate sourcing routes, inc. referral programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment sources.
- Proactively use LinkedIn Recruiter to support direct resourcing.
- Oversee and advise on advertising routes and general promotional opportunities.
- Work on a variety of recruitment projects and initiatives, oversee open days, assessment days, work experience and early talent and apprenticeship schemes.
- In liaison with the Marketing team identify advertising and promotional opportunities via:
- Articles/publications/digital media,Events, recruitment fairs, partnerships, university fairs and partnerships.
- In liaison with the recruiting manager identify the recruitment requirements and sourcing/interviews process to be followed, based on the role and requirements, ensuring an objective process is followed.
- In liaison with managers prepare job descriptions, draft interview questions and assessments (appropriate for the requirement).
- Where required, train and coach recruiting managers.
- Use the internal recruitment portal to advertise new roles and track applications.
- Prepare and collate recruitment stats and data for reporting and analysis.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the purpose and remit of the post.
- To be a respected ambassador of the company, promote the companies corporate values, mission and vision.
OBJECTIVES
- To be a credible HR subject matter expert. To maintain and continually develop a strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice as it relates to all aspects of people management and the employment relationship. To ensure systems and processes are compliant.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of current HR, employee relations issues, changes in legislation and best practice guidance.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the companies capabilities and have a good understanding of the markets and clients.
PERSON SPECIFICATION

- Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / In-house Recruiter role.
- Proven track record of delivering recruitment projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using a variety of recruitment tools – job boards, LinkedIn Pro, social media etc.
- Experience of working within a HR environment is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- IT literate including MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong diplomatic communicator at all levels; verbal and written to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Proactive approach to work and analytical problem solving skills.
